At NomadGuru, leadership comes from two decades of proven experience in the Managed Services Provider (MSP) industry. Co-founders André Britz and Julian Sher have successfully built and scaled a thriving MSP, growing a team of more than 40 professionals and serving clients across diverse industries.
What sets us apart is not only technical depth, but the ability to understand business requirements, build strong teams, and deliver consistent results. We know firsthand what it takes to scale an MSP – from managing people and processes to implementing systems that drive growth and efficiency.
André and Julian are passionate about technology and innovation, and outside of work they bring the same energy to their personal pursuits — André on his mountain bike and Julian on the padel court.
